Getting started

Working with us

Do I need a migration agent in Australia?
You can apply yourself, but rules and documentation change often. A registered agent helps you pick the right visa, prepare a complete application and reduce the risk of delays or refusal.
How do I check if an agent is registered?
Search the official OMARA register. Our director Muskaan Ahuja is registered under MARN 2418455.
What does a migration agent actually do?
We assess your eligibility, recommend the best pathway, prepare and lodge your application, and deal with the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf.
What is the Free Profile Assessment?
We check your profile — your goal, where you are now and your background — and tell you which visas may suit you. It is free and there is no obligation.
How do I get started?
Fill in the Free Profile Assessment form, call 0417 532 923 or message us on WhatsApp. A registered agent will reply within 1 business day.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on your visa and situation. After your assessment you get a clear, fixed quote before any work starts, with no hidden charges. Government fees are separate and we explain them up front.
Where you are

Location & language

Can you help if I’m outside Australia?
Yes. We advise clients in India and around the world through phone, WhatsApp and video consultations, and lodge applications online.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. You can choose an online consultation, or visit our Melbourne office at 432 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn VIC 3122 by appointment (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (by appointment)).
Do you offer multilingual support?
Yes — our team offers multilingual support to help you discuss your migration needs comfortably.

Visas & timeframes

How long will my visa take?
Processing times depend on the visa subclass and your circumstances. After your assessment we give you a realistic timeline based on current Home Affairs processing times, and we prepare your file carefully to avoid avoidable delays.
My visa was refused — can you help?
Yes. We review the refusal and explain your options, such as a new application or a review by the Administrative Review Tribunal. Strict time limits apply, so contact us quickly.
Can my family be included?
Many visas let you include your partner and dependent children. Partner, parent and child visas are designed for families.
Am I eligible for PR?
Try our PR points calculator for an estimate, then ask us for a Free Profile Assessment for a full answer.
